GreyNurse
Any method that improves the technique and presentation is alwats appreciated. Thanks Dalucius. I love peeing prawns. Luckily, no one else in the household does. So it's one for them, one for me. Two for them, one....two for me. Yum!
brad_tate
My tip for anyone peeling lots of prawns is to have a bowl of watered vinegar next to you. Prawns are very alkaline and your fingers will get slippery - this is the alkaline salts starting to dissolve the dead skin on your fingers (don't get too worried, this happens all the time, just not as quickly). A quick dip in the watered acetic acid will counteract this in rapid time. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Dalucius
Thanks guys. I don't like them very much I have to drown them in seafood sauce but hubby loves them. Tastee, I always use gloves, I hate the smell. Glad you liked it.
