stevefish
So anyone been out breaming? I'm heading out tomorrow for the first time in ages and it's not my specialty. I usually hit poles and pylons around the place. Looking for a tip of where to target. Not really asking exact places but happy to hear them, but any general tips? Deep shallow, bays or main channel etc
mattfinn
What I've been hearing from a mate that's been fishing the parra regularly is that if you can find them on the sounder then that's your best bet. He's been getting them mostly on blades( strikepro, feralcatts) and soft plastics. He noted to me that he was finding that by tea bagging the blades just under the boat when he got a fish following often proved successful too. Hope that helps. stevefish
Thanks, I only got out for a short time and it was pretty breezy. Scored a couple on structure in the main channel upstream on gulp prawns. Didn't really try to many spots though.
