Port kembla

Gday all

Took my daughter out this morning for a quick run to test out the new outboard.

Put the boat in at port kembla and fished a shell bed close to the harbour entrance. Water was cold and clear around 17.5 Degrees. Heaps of good size trevally and bream with afew undersized pinkies taking servo pillies. The fringes of the shell bed had legal flathead and two huge banjo rays. All fish released to the depths. Its good to see this spot holding fish again, was decimated after the big east coast low came through earlier in the year. Other boats reporting average catches off the five islands. Heading to Jervis Bay on Monday chasing late season reds, fingers crossed. Is it just me or is the quality of servo pillies getting worse?
