While we are waiting to go to Port on Saturday to bring Reef Magic back to Sydney this Sunday captain Mike drove another boat yesterday for some clients off Sydney and managed to raise 1 fish that the hooks didn't stick to but later managed a nice 150kg blue on 24kg for the clients.
Another great day out and continuing on a good strike rate with solid blues.
Hopefully we can find a nice big one for Secho & the boys on the trip home.
Cheers
Damo

Hey Damo, Awesome stuff! Good to hear the blues are still around.
Can you provide more details, like water temp, what depth and what time he was hooked?
Regards,
Daniel

Yes there are definitely fish still about and by the looks of the water will stay around for a while.
The lure was a Joe Yee Apollo in Evil (one of the best lures ever made!)
Depth was 85 fathoms & a few miles north of Browns
Time was 2.30pm & water temperature was 24.2 deg
Cheers
