Hey with these socials. Is there any area restrictions. Like is it anywhere in tuggerah lakes or a certain limit from caravan park? Cheers

anywhere in the Lakes is fine

Yes I'd like to come along as well.

Being a local maybe I could advise on some spots for the fishing.

I might suggest that being the month of May it would be prime time blackfishing off the wall and banks for those who don't have boats.

I could supply the weed if that helps.

Steve.

Well Steve is this a certainty on the weed front and if so we will add blackfishing to the social...send me a PM with your mob and a gold membership may be in order

All booked for the weekend. I won't be bringing my boat but look forward to a few LB sessions for a change! Or if anyone has a spot they want to share on their boat, that way I can escape the mrs and kids! That would be awesome :)

Cheers scratchie!!!

Land based will definitely be an option as the beach should fire up at this time of year and fishing from the front cabins is always a hoot

I bumped into Chelub today at Top Ryde shopping.

I have only met him once before at the SP social, nearly a year ago.

But I remembered him and he remembered me.

Same interest, and genuine good guy.

At the SP social I also met my mentor. Hawkesbass.

What I'm trying to say is its a great opportunity to meet people with the same passion

and some with extraordinary skills.

I don't have those extraordinary skills, but I've learned a trick or two.

Get on board

Where is there room for your boat and trailer at the caravan park? Do you leave it outside on the street?

I will try for one day and to register do I just go to the Villa 5, what about the day vistor fee?

thanks norm

your boat can come inside if you have booked accommodation. It is not necessary to even bring a boat (we will not have ours). If you are just coming for a day trip you can come to Villa 5 and register.

Watch this post for more info as we get closer to the date.

Just a thought for people coming for a day trip, you are welcome to store some gear in our cabin instead of hauling it around, we are in Villa 10 near the boat ramp. I will be around there all day unless i get lucky enough to grab a spot on someones boat, in that case the Mrs will be there. going to be a great weekend.

Dun leith caravan park at North Entrance. Villa 5 not looking the best at the moment but it will settle down in a few weeks. 364caa33db7c5057651ac1f8aa22c262.jpg98ab745f9311d96ab9632b3cb8a94d37.jpg
