What sort of trevally? (Brassy Trevally)

Question

We can’t decide what species this is? Some say GT, others say some other species of trevally. Anyone know for sure? Was caught in weipa.

I originally thought golden as well. But they tend to have spots or strips I believe. I didnt notice if it had teeth. I also thought it might be a brassy trevally as well but according to wiki they don’t grow that big. This one was 100cm and weighed 24kg.

The Yellow Dorsal and Tail fins plus the spot (faint as it is) at the top of the gill plate definitely, a Brassy Trevally.

But at 24kgs and 100cm definitely not.

Im calling Brassy but im also calling it a fair bit less than 24kg- sorry I know you aint meant to do that but look at the way its being held- also 100cm trev of any species is going to weigh about 15-20 lbs not kgs
