Hey Mate, I have a lot of respect for the shimano sustain after watching this youtube clip of a guy catching a sailfish on a 3000 size Sustain . Also have heard good things about Twinpower apparently its like a tuned down stella, but I may be wrong.

Hey mate, ill be using it as a all rounder reel. Will use it to chase kingis and flickin bigger lures and plastics, black fishing. im actually after the 4000 size which is equivalent to a daiwa 3000.

Hi Guys, Thinking about giving the Shimano line up a go. Just wondering what is the main difference between the Sustain and the Ci4 Shimanos apart from the carbon body. And which one would you recommend. Many thanks.

Hi Jewgaffer, Thanks for your guidance. I being getting confused because i keep hearing different things, people say 5 inch use 5/0 and 7 inch use 7/0. but yeh ill give it a shot with the 3/0 for the 5 inch and 4-5/0 for the 7's. Thanks again. Daiwa
