hi raiders reading them posts about first eva jew fish caught i was inspired to go out this morning on brisbane water ive been working this area for a while now it was a perfect morning out on the jet ski flicking my plastics around .Well it wasnt that long third drift and comes up tight on 6kg gear takes me for a few runs then i see colour 58cm jew thank god there was three guys fishing nearby as i had no landing net as i screamed like a 10year old and called the guys over to help land the fish they were amazed at how excited i was they took a pic with me holding my fish on the jet ski as i headed straight back to the ramp as it could not have got any better WAT A DAY and i know how everyone feels now absolutely awseome feeling nothing like i have had before pics to come when i can work out how to do it . Any info would be appreciated

awesome catch and yes sussex is a very healthy clean system choc full of fish

understandable how people could be sceptical ill know next time to get a photo of the wieght as it was a very fat thick mutha we all had bets as it was getting gaffed no one said 15 kgs put it that way thanks for the good post anyway mate

very nice mate ive fished the rip for a year and a half and only managed bream and taylor so nice job maybe ill try plastics next time if u dont mind what type of plastic were u using and what jig head ill be out there quite a few times this chrissy so im hoping to break my duck egg

no idea how to do it hodgy is going to help me out with the pics
