  1. Boofhead. I wish I had read your post last week as I just got my mechanic mate up the road to change the bearings on my trailer last weekend. He told me that the brakes need doing so I will print up your post and have a go at that. Awesome that you have gone to all that trouble in explaining to people like me who are hopeless at this sort of stuff. I will have a go at anything but it usually costs me more in the long run! I have owned my Stacer Bowrider for 12 months now (it is a 2005 model on a Dumbier trailer). When I bought the boat from Ulladulla and drove it home to Sydney the bearings gave way and I had to replace them. I have now replaced the bearings after only 12 months and my mechanic mate suggested I see if there is any other type of sealed hub to save having to change the bearings every year. Are you aware of any other hub that may be sealed (waterproof) that may save having to change the bearings every year? Cheers Doogs
  2. Louis, A bit of a beginner. Any clues as to where this wreck is? It's not the one below Northbridge Golf Club is it? Cheers Doogs
  3. Thanks for the quick reply. I don't know too much about boats either. If you speak to your mate would you mind asking and then letting me know it would be appreciated. Doogs
  4. Great report. Just looking at the photo where abouts did you get that great rod holder that hooks over. I've been trying to find something like that for my Stacer bowrider and that looks perfect.
