    Why does the goverment let a ship like that come to work here cant understand it.We should be farming fish to eat not taking huge amounts like that out of the ocean crazy.

    Been hearing alot about marine parks both up and the coast does anyone know what areas the marine parks will be.

    commercial fishing has already caused a massive decline in fishstocks why do we have to have a ship like that in our waters targeting baitfish doesnt take a expert to work out it will more than likely be hitting the best fishing spots where the bait holds.What a goverment.

    it happens all the time down the lake seen buckets full of undersize fish even seen people with a built in mincer so the small fish can get minced and cant tell what they are these people are destroying fishing for everyone and if fish cant grow they cant breed so there will be nothing should be tougher penatlys for this.

    i watched a show a few weeks back on foxtell and 2 people around the world get eaten by giant squid every year so must be some big buggers out there.

    been haveing a few stripe marlin coming up and thrashing at my lures but unable to get a decent hook up on lures i know you can switch bait them but does anyone have a good lure or techniqe for getting stripes on lures thanks.

    twin hules are good but twin engines 2 services thats what turned me off them unless your got plenty of cash which i havent so i went for a diesel this time in a costom boat 60 litres a day and 200$ in filters and oil for a service.

    think we can all relate to that unless your been lucky worst time i had d shackle came lose on a three hundred dollar sarca anchor gone and same morning my mate smashed the trailer into a pole when parking and one wheel was hard up against the trailer had to drive home on three wheels and get it repaired very expensive day just one of those days.

    yer lets look after commercial fisherman and when fish numbers get low we will put tough bag limits on the recreational fisherman all to do with money but im still to see money bring back fish numbers.

    the asians should be carefull fisheries are at reddell pde 2 minutes from the boat ramp they got a group of asians a while ago with a mincer everthing was being put through it and they got caught.

    I was thinking of buying a trailer boat with a yanmar turbo diesel in it and was just wondering does anyone own a yanmar or know how good they are are they better than a petrol outboard i drive trucks for a living and know diesel engines are pretty tough but trucks arnt in the marine environment any advice about them would be great thanks.

    sarca anchor there not cheap but i have had 2 boats with them and found they will hold bottom in just about any conditions on any bottom.

    nothing much yet heard of a few rat kings around islands but very quiet other than that.

    gamefishing is not rocket science just big boat long days and plenty of cash for fuel etc and with more and more chinese longliners hitting the water expect longer days and more cash to easy.

    if the whole world brought in a carbon tax no problem where doing something for the earth but what point is one country that is not one of the big polluters going to do anyway nothing its a tax grab that red head is a shocker.

    what i think it is just another way a greedy goverment can get more money nothing to do with with carbon i saw a show a while ago about oil and america burns 11000 liters of fuel a second and use,s a third of the world,s oil where,s there carbon tax that red head is the worse thing that could have happend to this country.
