Hi Matt, That style works for me. Try putting four self tappers at each corner of an imaginary square around the hole. The square should be just smaller than a slice of bread. The idea is that the screws hold a slide of bread in place under the hole. Rip a small hole in the bread. You can even use rubber bands stretch between the screws to help secure the bread. I have just started replacing the trebles on my slices with Owner S-75M single hooks (size 1 or 2) and have not noticed any significant difference in hook up rates - at least not on the bonito. The single hooks certainly help with the catch and release. ...mal

Unfortunately, I have to admit that I was the one responsible for hooking the sergeant baker and subsequently The Poacher's forehead. I am still feeling incredibly bad about the whole thing and will be forever sorry. To his credit, TP was amazingly calm and gracious (thanks mate) and very lucky it wasn't an inch or so lower.
