Budgewoi , soldiers beach (my favourite).you need to have a muscles, they are big and will pull you down hard. You need to find the flattest area possible and where the waves are reaching the furthest on the sand . Don't stay in one spot more than 2 minutes walk and stop every 5 to 10 meters . Two weeks ago I was walking on the edge where they feed the Pelicans, two whiting were swimming just below the surface. I wasn't fishing but I swear if I had caught this two whiting, they would make world record for biggest whiting ever!!!! They looked like small Jew fish they were around the meter long I know many people are gonna think I'm bull...... Or mistaken for another species, I caught whiting up to 45 cm so I know what i am talking about. Couldn't sleep properly that nite and drove up following nite fished same spot biggest whiting I caught was 22 cm Spewing!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

No wind high tide was around 1.50 am .started at 10 pm by 12 am had caught half of my catch I started packing up to realise both my rods were bending and had fish on both of them then decided to stay a bit longer didn't stop biting til 3.00 am , and driving back to Sydney had to end the session sadly!!
