Hi every one. Its been a while since I last posted on this site. Please count me in for this event. I will be more than glad to bring along some sausages and eggs for the day as well as some soft drinks. I would also like to volunteer to help cooking the breakfast in the morning. Dont forget, us Lebs have mastered the art of the BBQ. This will officially be my first social and I look forward to meeting every one. I sure hope I can get a fish on a boat on the day. Geez,so many great places I never knew existed.I like all the suggestions but Im leaning towards taking her to try something different.Every year we go to the grove restaurant at the stamford at the airport and have a scrumtious seafood buffet but I might take here to try asian food, probably a thai restaurant.Is there any romantic movies showing at the moment? I was hoping we could go for a walk at Lady Macquaries chair afterwards but you know what the weathers like!!! I really appreciate all your suggestions,you guys are a great help!!!

hi every one, its very pleasing to see that everyone had a great time and everything was well set up. Its also good to hear that 2 blackfish were caught. I couldnt make it today because of other commitments but i do regret not coming. I really do want to meet the fishraider family in person as I only read good things about you all. So far now I have missed out on 2 socials but as every person that reads this post as my witness I promise to attend the next one as well as contributing anything I can from a fishing rod for a prize as well as providing food and refreshments.So mods remember this post and you will see that I will keep 2 my word but until then its just good to be part of this very friendly club known as the fishraiders. hi guys,Im heading into the bay this saturday with my mate on his new boat so it should be fun..Its the first time he takes it out and its been a while since I've been on the boat and with all this KINGY talk going on,Im hoping to catch a couple. One thing I've learnt is to never leave my rods on the sand as yesterday I spent alot time cleaning my reels from all the sand inside them. Also,I've got a mate who said I should try that STIMULATE bait made by ultra bite.So i bought a pack of the suff for $9 and boy did it work a treat.I landed a few bream using this stuff at Lilli pilli today.

That is a beauty,I was in tears from laughing so hard.I'm a mechanic myself and have never read something as funny as this!!! That my friend deserves a BEER!!!
