  12. Went out last night for the first time Hairtail fishing in JB how cold was it? At last count here where 26 boats in the bay and when i awoke this morning there was me and 1 other didnt hear a thing once i was asleep I ended up with 1 hairtail and 1 50 cm flathead I dropped another 2 and had what i think about 7 more hits They just pull down on the line ever so softly you have to be holding the rod at all times i think Anyway i enjoyed it so much im going back this sat night
  13. Gday I fished off Ettalong beach yesterday and got myself a 3-4 ft Bull shark or it could have been a bronze whaler (it had blackish tips on its side fins ) about 100m off the beach and a nice 38cm bream about 1 min proir to that
  14. Thanks for all the info I have just bought some light gear and a graphite rod to get more into them Do lighter colours work better?
