I have thought about putting fwd controls on our 4m tinnie and are wondering given the size of the boat is it a good idea or would a side console down the back be a better idea smoother ride? Any thoughts ?

what is the best way to seal your ply for a false floor? I will be putting marine carpet on it cheers

I am fixing up a 3.9m tinnie (stacer) and would like any thoughts on my idea of removing both fwd and aft bench seats,installing fwd swivel seats with fwd controls and a false floor? As this is my first tinnie any advice or pics of your pride and joy would be appreciated. cheers

am looking to restore a 3.9m stacer aluminium dinghy by installing a false floor,removing both fwd and aft bench seating and installing 2 fwd swivel seats,fwd controls and windscreen. anyone out there done something similar?if so any chance of seeing pics of the finished project as this is my first boat and ard looking for some ideas on how it should look when finished. cheers!!
