  1. Hi mate just wondering how many litres of fuel you went through?
  2. haha im 99% sure my other marks are all correct, i hope so anyway. I bet he would! Some history would be great.
  3. Hi lads, With this bad weather I have been getting my boat ready for when these bluefin tuna turn up. I was looking at some old marks in my gps and i noticed that there is a sea mount near my Heatons Hill mark... It got me thinking is my Heatons Hill mark wrong? Should it be directly over that 960 1094 circle on the map where it rises?
  4. what size boat have you got mate?
  5. I was guessing around the 80kg mark mate? Cheers, was in 80 fathoms east of Wollongong. Has there been many fish caught off Bandit this season? I only know of one fish thats been caught off there this year. Cheers everyone!
  6. We caught our first marlin this season a couple of weeks back. With all this wet weather at the moment I decided to make a video up. What video editing programs are you guys using? Tight lines!
  7. Yeah mate i fished solo Wednesday off Port Kembla, it was another epic day of yellowfin tuna fishing! Triple hook up at 9.30am. Lost two 50-60kg fish, managed to boat a 40kg fish. Stoked! Cheers Sluggo
  8. Good work mate! How many fathoms was it caught in?
  9. i have a hds gen 2, not so sure about lowrance so far. Thinking i should of bought a Furuno...
  10. what model furuno is that mate?
  11. We caught them in around 600 fathoms S/E of the canyons. Skirts that did the damage for us were a brand of skirt called JAKS lures Australia, the tuna and albacore love them! I appreciate that mate. I have also been chasing them for around 3 years now. It takes alot of time, money, researching and effort to get these fish and when you troll all day every weekend for zero fish it is very disheartening. Once we got those YFT i felt a weight had been lifted off my shoulders and all the hard work had paid off, I was so happy! I gave the co ordinates out to help other people like yourself, and to also give something back. Yes, my mates reel seized up half way through the fight, then about 30 seconds later his T curve Revolution snapped!!! After about 20 minutes we somehow landed a good size YFT. A bit of luck was on our side that day. It was a day I will never forget. I have it all on go pro film also. Cheers Sluggo
  12. Best day fishing I have ever had yesterday! After months of trips chasing bluefin and yellowfin for zero, we finally boated 3 yellowfin and 3 albies, all the time and effort finally paid off! Yeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!! Tight lines everyone. Sluggo.
  13. Hi just wondering where would be the best/safest ramp to launch at jervis bay? I have heard alot of bad reports of cars being broken into down there. Cheers
