Yeah that's the best time for the breakfast creek trips, I usually camp there for a few nights and its not to cold i saw heaps last yr it's just that hill on the way back that kill you, might head up there for quick look soon

Gee mr rob that's a lot of ground covered in one day, well done its fantastic country up there 2hrs is not to bad it takes 4hr back up breakfast creek from the jenolan/ coxs junction but definantly worth the walk

I think you hit it on the head there Matty all my favourites, in the last yr for me the number 3 size gold and black celta has worked best in the coxs I have caught 100 or so fish in the last yr mainly on this spinner so it's good to keep a couple in the tackle box also I still have heddon mini tads these are awesome lures very rare now as they were discontinued if you ever come across them get them Cheers Deano

Hi a mate and I use to go down there all the time with a few quiet beers but have not been down there for a while caught lots of carp which are good fun and there are some good bass in there I got one bout 45 cm which almost pulled my rod in, use worms or corn if you head down late arvo early morn hope you get some a bit of fun for the kids too. Awesome report we have been further up the coxs a few times in the last 6 weeks and got 30 fish in 2 trips and lost about the same amount,there is some good fish after the good flood that went through in march going up again soon will post some photos and a report, just joined this site last week and have not stopped reading the stories can't believe how good it is
