Hi. Was just wondering if anyone had any tips on cooking Trevally or Tailor? Are they any good? My general rule is if they don't sell it in a shop then it can't be too good, to a certain point. I never have any trouble catching either of them just usually throw them back by habit...

Hit up the sandflats around Dangar Island yesterday arvo in the boat. After the Burley kicked in, landed two keeper flathead round the 45cm mark and a solid bream (34cm) plus a heap of throwbacks, using prawn. Not bad for only a couple hours on the water. Cheers, Mark
