Hey raiders, my dad and i bought a 2 man canoe a while back and we are starting to fit it out for our fishing adventures we know all the basics like rod holders good seats and net rack and stuff but what else would all of you raiders suggest? any ideas would be much appreciated because im young and ill be doing most of the work so all the knowledge i can get helps me greatly. this goes for equipment and all little knick knacks you would suggest having on board whilst fishing.. cheers raiders james.

were you on a kyack with a red net i was under figtree bridge flicking a blade around

i go to school in huntershill and go down under the bridge a little bit. it is very messy but the bream and flattys take the blades i find just covering all the area under there has been successful. make sure your softie in on the bottom and the double flick had worked for me. cheers jewhunter13

very true pete the small sand flats and weed beds hold heaps in shallow water and they are hungry if you get them at the right time.. have you had any luck on the jewwies around gladesville? cheers james

there was one coming in at 47cm and the rest 40-45ish i think i got the mother whiting!! i think that i was just there at the right time and the fish were desperate for a feed!!!
