  1. G'day all, I'm moving to the Windsor area at the end of the year but have never fished there. Am still relatively new to it all and I am land based (for now). I'm not really looking for a feed, or to break any records, just to have some fun and get the kids into it. Does anyone have any tips or spots for some safe, kid-friendly, land-based fishing in the area? Thanks in advance, Pete
  2. Thanks for the info guys, I'll give it all a bit of a go. Hopefully I can post some successful pics in here after the trip. Pete
  3. Cheers Chris, might look into it, if I can find a way for the missus and kids to be occupied for a few hours. Pete
  4. G'day all, Just joined the forum after reading through it for a while, looks to be a really good resource full of people that genuinely like to help. I'm from Newcastle but living in Wagga currently, so I mainly just fish the Murrumbidgee, but able to get to Blowering, Burrunjuck etc from time to time. I have saltwater opportunities as well when I visit home or the outlaws on the South Coast. I'm an extreme novice who is currently boatless, but I'd like to change both of these things. Looking forward to picking your collective brains and hopefully sharing some success stories in the near future. All the best, Pete
  5. G'day all, I've just joined the forums and am pretty new to fishing (only wet a line a couple of times a year) but looking at getting into it a lot more seriously. I'm headed to Batemans Bay in mid-October and was wondering if any gurus on here had any tips/advice. I'll be doing both land and boat fishing, but staying inside the bay and the Clyde. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers, Pete
