Hi, I am just looking for the best places to target Giant Trevallies around / out of australia. Basically I would rather get one 100% rather than having other by catches, so I am really looking for a 99% GT fishery. I have heard of New Caledonia, Fiji, Vanuatu out of Australia. In Australia I have fished up north around the Whitsundays but it's just too hit and miss. I am looking for a 30kg fish and not a little rat ! Thank you for your advice !

Hi mate, Very good catches I am happy for you ! What leader / line strengh are you suing ? And what kind of lures / color / jighead ? I am going to give a go soon in the Hawksbury on lures !
