Hi Guys, I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. I'm looking at finding someone in Sydney who can supply and fit some nav lights and a radio. there are so many different types out there its hard to know what to get. I'm also looking at putting in a second battery if required. obviously id don't want to break any site rules so if you guys can send me a PM with a contact that would be much appreciated. I'm sorry I missed the Hairtail social this year. after reading all the reports it has made me want to gear the boat up to ensure I can be there for the next one.

So I haven't had a chance to get the boat out on the water for a while so I decided to try the hacking for the first time. I invited old salty (who I met on the entrance social) out for a day on the water. We hit the hacking at about 8am or so later than normal but with 3 kids I will go when ever I can. Neither old salty or myself have fished the hacking before so it was going to be tough especially since I left my maps at home. We did manage a few fish aboard but unfortunately they were all undersized so back in the drink they went. Every spot we tried we just kept coming up with under sized fish (pinkies, flatties,Rays). I did just enjoy the time on the water as it was a magical day on the water weather wise. We shared a few great laughs together and I'm sure next trip we will pull a few legal's on board. dan your welcome onboard anytime. Cheers craig

I have ordered a new boat and can't wait for it to arrive so I can get out on the water and hopefully write some good fishing reports. I have a question to ask. Hi fisho's my name is Craig (buttsy) I have recently joined this great site!!!. I love fishing really only done the land based fishing. I have just ordered my first boat can't wait for it to be ready so I can get out have some fun fishing. I have 3 young kids so I don't get to to go fishing all that much. Can't wait until my eldest boy is a year or two older and maybe we can become fishing buddies.

Hi guys. I'm new to boating/fishing I was thinking about buying a new tinnie. A mate told me there is a trailer boat show on in march. I was wondering if it will be cheaper to wait until the show as I might get a better deal. Or should I buy one now? I would love some help guys
