Hello Raiders,
Lately I have been venturing down to the eastern side of the swimming pool at Clontarf beach flicking SP's and baits but have only caught very small flathead and baby breams of a drop off at high tide. So I have finally decided I am going to venture to the western side of the marina with some soft plastics and bait to see what I can catch. I will be fishing with light tackle so does anyone know what species are around there and if it is very deep of shallow because i would love to catch a couple of flatties and is there a possibility of whiting?
Any info would be much appreciated
Cheers
Hey guys,
Just wondering if you would know good land based spots to fish in Narrabeen Lakes, looking to target Bream and flathead on Hardbodied lures and maybe some soft plastics if worst comes to worst. Any info would be appreciated!
My mum just had one on each eye removed and apparently they are extremely painful and she was in tears because they were so painful. She said it felt likes needles in the centre of the eye.
Hey Raiders,
Heading up to Nelson Bay in 2 weeks for a 2 night holiday and was wondering what are some good spots for fishing land based in that area. Heard that the break wall is a cracker spot and near the fish co op but wanted some more advice on the tackle I should take and some bait i should use. Also is it true that the break wall has some Big Kingfish lurking around because I would be interested in trying to catch them on some light gear for fun.
P.S This may sound stupid but are there any waves that crash onto the break wall if so I will take a life vest in case I get swept into the water better to be safe than sorry.
Cheers
Hey guys,
I'm interested in going crab fishing and lobster/crayfishing when I buy the pots to catch them in. Is there any particular places to catch them in Sydney Harbour. Also are there many crabs in Narrabeen lakes and are they decent quality.
Thanks
So I'm thinking of fishing at manly dam and want to no when the last time the fish were restocked down there and what bait or lures to use as well as rigs anything will do guys
Cheers Brendan
