think its a black striated frogfish

A group of chinese anglers caught this at watson's bay wharf, was about 80-90cm in length. They released it afterwards http://i.imgur.com/vQBfg2H.jpg

yea initially thought of that as well because i couldn't find images of kelpfish with orange fins

A friend caught it at Watson's Bay: http://i.imgur.com/Kwiwoce.jpg He said it was a kelpfish but nothing in google matches the fin colours
