How's the Bay fishing at the moment Scratchie? Tyring to decide whether to go to Lake Mac or Nelson Bay tomorrow. Was considering taking my boat for a first run outside to Broughton considering the weather isn't looking too bad.

Heading to Tattersall campsite (pending site availability) for a week from Monday with my kayaks and 40HP centre console. Had a shocking run fishing so would appreciate any tips for that river / end of the Port. (Had a read of Scratchies post) Any closer spots to get nippers? I've been using Corlette but was hoping something a little closer. Also hoping to get some poddy mullet up that way still. If we do go into the Port is there anywhere Wtf have some luck with prawns? I've never caught them before but might get the gear before we go. Thanks in advance!
