Hi all, Just out of curiosity, is it possible to target legal snapper in the harbour, landbased? If so what would be the best season? There might be a possibility of intercepting the snapper as they come in to breed. Cheers, John

Maximum drag is 10kg mate. I may upgrade to a new reel with 12kg of drag. Thanks for the offer but I am after a heavier, 2 piece ugly stik.

Hi all, Has anyone had any luck slide bating livebaits for kingfish or jewfish? Essentially this rig prevents the livebait from swimming backwards, forcing it to swim forward and towards your graple sinker. See the image attached. I will be using this rig in the harbour, landbased, off wharves. John
