Yeah true I understand that... Im from Scotland. Been here ten years... Snowy Hydro, Lyell, TCD etc are stocked but they are not fished regularly. I am talking a place stocked two to three times a week and people fishing them well daily, also th being more accessible to a wider audience. Than the above mentioned

Is there any reason why there are no man made fisheries stocked with trout in Sydney or Australia???

Anyone fish the below spot land based with much success?? Went for a look today with my young bloke, saw lots of busy ups bother sides of boat ramp and out towards the container wharf from the breakwall???

Thanks guys. Night fishing is what I'll be doing mostly as got two young kids so head out when there in bed.. have to try get there a bit earlier see if I can see some good spots in the day light. Keen to get back out asap

First report fellas Fished Maroubra tonight in front of the life savers club. Very quiet. Struggled to clearly identify gutters, holes etc, the water seemed shallow everywhere. caught one shovel nose shark.. put him back. Good to get out there.

G'Day fellas First post. Heading out to maroubra beach tonight. Been reading up on gutter spotting, holes etc. Tried spotting these before to no avail down the south coast at culburra beach... Got some fresh squid and Pillies. Wish me luck. Report to follow
