well done mate! those rods are great huh? Watto put me onto one ages ago and I take it EVERYWHERE!!!! I've caught everything from squid and yakka, to bream and flatties and last Sunday, even hooked onto a kingie with it I LUV IT!

i was fishing in the harbour once and met a couple of Polish guys. they asked me "do you cath carp here?" I laughed and said I BLOODY HOPE NOT! anyway, they were telling me how they loved it and when i told them of the sizes the boys were getting they nearly fell over! they rekon they marinate them in milk overnight to get rid of the taste ....by that theory, next time i go bush and get mud and crap on my tyres, i should wash them in milk!!!

I've always thought, you're either a manly fan or you hate them! I am yet to meet anyone who likes Manly other than a manly supporter! My brother manages the largest manufacturer of air-con ducting in Australia. I was talking to him the other day about needing a larger fuel tank and he quite frankly said "what do you want? I'l get the boys to knock one up for ya" KNOCK AWAY I SAY! So anyways, I've measured up and it's gonna be a 60lt tank (as apposed to the 23lt plastic one I've got now). a couple of things I'd like to ask you guys about: - stainless, glavanised or aluminium and the pros and cons of each? - will it weigh the back of the boat down enough to create excessive drag or make the boat unstale or plane too high? I know the extra fuel will weigh a bit but I don't honestly think it'll be full all that often. - other than the wreckers, does anyone know where I can get a stem, collar and cap from? cheers! I used to use snap swivels until Watto put me onto a different type..... it's basically the snap part of a snap swivel without the swivel. they're light and tiny and the lures swim perfectly on them
