Hey raiders. Reaching out for a bit of advice. I'm relatively new to fishing around sydney, originally from the south coast . I've been trying to chase kingfish with minimal luck. Catching fresh bait isn't an issue, I always manage to get 4 or 5 fresh squid. Plus yakkas, I'm just not sure I'm putting them in the right spots, I've tried fishing 12 mile and the peak with no luck. The only king I have caught was in port hacking in about 5 metres of water. Should I stick to fishing there ? If anyone's got any tips or feedback that would be greatly appreciated

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone's had a custom wavebreaker installed on there rig and how much it cost. I have a 17foot sea devil. Also if anyone's made one themselves, how'd that go ? Cheers

Hey raiders , first time poster. I'm looking at getting a new boat but cant choose between monohull vs twin hull. The boats i' m currently looking at are the stessl bluewater runabout 5.2 and the webster twinfisher 4.9. I plan to use these mostly for snapper and kings, with maybe 3-4 trips a year to the continental shelf off sydney to fish for marlin (weather permitting). I like the stessl bluewater because it looks simple and sturdy . I've only just heard of the twinfisher recently and they sound like a great fishing rig at an affordable price. If anyone has any experience in either of these boats id love to get some feedback. Cheers !
