Cheers for that. Wow there some big thumping reels you have suggested. Will be fishing mainly out of my kayak for kings offshore so was looking for a bit more lightweight set-up. 200gm jigs will be Max prob average ones used around the 80-120gms. Didn't think you had to go so full on for those weights. I have caught kings jigging on a gomoku with 3000 fj stradic and 15lb line but wanted a lets call it a medium set-up to give me a bit more of a chance. I have a heavy overhead set-up that can do jigs 200-350gm. Anyone used any of the Nitro jigging rods? Cheers

You mentioned that you guyted a 60cm and 69cm jew??? You do know the legal size in NSW is 70cm???
