Planning a trip to north curl curl or Dee Why tomorrow afternoon/evening, have been to north curl curl at night and it wasn't much of a successful trip. Just looking for any tips/advice on where to fish around these beaches, I've read on a couple of other topics to stick closer to the rocks (e.g Dee Why Head @ North Curl Curl) but wasn't that great the last time we went. Also, have watched a number of videos about reading a beach/finding a gutter but can't seem to apply it. I'm only a beginner so I know these things take time, just looking for some tips from some of the experienced people around here

First fishing report so apologies in advance Hi all, Went out to Brown's Rock last Friday night, very high fish activity. We fished off the rocks using pillies, squid and chicken. Dropped the berley bucket in and off we went. The pillies brought in PJ Sharks mainly, and one giant ray. Not much from the squid and chicken Despite the high activity, it was a bit of a frustrating night as the PJs seemed like the only thing in the water at night. We called it a night (or a day) at around 1am after 6 hours and went home empty handed. Just wondering if everyone has the same night fishing experience at brown's rock as PJ Sharks seem to be a regular catch around the night time, especially closer to midnight. Some better experience with Salmon and Bream closer to sunset in the past. We've tried for jewies with live bait in the past but haven't been successful yet/ Any tips or comments are much appreciated

Hey guys, First time poster on this forum, just needing some advice about fishing off the beach at Boat Harbour Kurnell. I found an old post from 5 years about the opening hours (7am to 5pm during winter months), just looking for some confirmation. Has anyone has been there to fish during the night/early hours of the morning?
