Gidday raiders, new member here. me and 4 other mates are heading to Wyangala Dam for the weekend (25th to 27th /10/19) looking to catch some fish, we all have kayaks and frequently head out around the sydney area, sometimes catching fish most times not lol anyways im just after some tackle and bait tactics for the dam, as none of us have fished it before. what kind of lures should we take? and bait we should use? also where in the dam to fish. we will be camping at the holiday park. really want to catch some biggies, as im from new zealand where i just put a big bait on a hook and catch snapper all day long, australian fishing seems to be a LOT harder to find a catch the fish. more of a hunt. so im new to the lure game and soft plastics, only catching my first (and last) fish on a soft plastic a month ago 35cm flatty. so any help would be 100% appreciated
