Just the glass tip snapped off where it joins the fiberglass. It was a six foot rod, the one i propose to attach it to is just under that length and is mostly used for spinning. Thanks for the help, Tom

Recently one of my light 2-4 kilo rods snapped in half, so as i stared at the broken pieces i had the thought that maybe i could attach the intact glass tip to another rod to extend it. How could this be done? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Tom

I've heard before that you can eat rays, but given that they're so slimy and unappealing i've doubted their edibility. Does anyone eat rays here? Any ideas? Tom

I just got myself a new 4-6 kilo baitcasting rod but i need to find a reel to match it with. i'll probably be targeting anything from flathead to tailor and maybe small bonito or kings. preferably in the -$200 price zone. any thoughts, the daiwa coatal inshore special looks good.
