Well done - was that your first club comp for this year?

Well I certainly enjoyed my day out on the water and the boys were great showing me the ropes... Had a slight girlie moment when I felt slack for the poor yakka swimming around attached but the thought of catching something bigger soon took over and I was praying for something to eat the little bugger! I think Ross has said yes to taking me out again cause he liked what I made for lunch to be honest Going to have a fish in narrabeen lake within the next week cause they've said there is some good flatties at the moment so will drop a post if I get there and manage to catch anything decent. And definately looking forward to my next trip out... Thanks ROSS and BRETT again.

Or next time try this www.findadogminder.com.au, they have a heap of people listed that look after dogs in their own homes . We recently went to Forster and had a lady mind our pup overnight and we had him with us during the day...

Thanks JO - Of course would never say no to be taken out and it would be great to meet some of the other ladies... So please message me whenever you feel like a day out during the week - Fridays are always my best day to chuck a sickie from work SO AM I - so looking forward to it... Hmm where can I get a good takeaway coffee at 5AM....

Hi All, Would someone out there be prepared to show me the fishing basics, have rod, can tie knots, used to be taken out with the old man when I was younger (so no girlie freaking out, etc) Wanting to get back into it - but have no boat and no girlfriends or bloke mates with any inclination to fish (yes idiots I know).... So anyone going out in PITTWATER area and have a spot and time to show me a few tips would be greatly appreciated :-)
