Hi Guys, Went to the entrance over the break had a great day on the water. Fished 2 rods 1st with live worms We caught baby bream & Whiting one after all day kept the happy great fun but all throw backs. 2nd rod fished plastics for flatties and landed 7 all in about 45min as the sun was going down. We fished the 2 days prior for squat i found the current was running 2 hard to keep the baits down. Marty

Hi mate, I would try oceanworld manly anchor out front and use pillies to bring them on if they are a little shy you will can bait up your jigs.... You can also pick up squid there... Marty

I fished for carp at emu plains years ago and for bait i used bread & corn..........

You could even try a bait jig if they are around... berley up to get them on the chew then bait the 8 or so hooks with pillies or squid and you might get lucky...berley is the key to get them... a mixture of pillies & bread usually works for me. Marty
