You can download the app. Navionics Australia & new Zealand for $15 & you will get great detail marine maps you can mark potential fishing spots, & also plot courses & distance. Jeremy a lot of the older motors the hp was rated @ the flywheel. Most Outboard motors Now the hp is rated at the prop. I think if you were to update your motor to a newer 25hp I'm sure you will be happy and legal . Cheers Tommy
