well ive tried both... directly to the jighead and with a loop still spins

ok so every jerk shad i rig up spins!! ive tried rigging them on a 1/8, a 1/4 and a 1/2 ounce darter style head. i rig them just as u do a bass minnow, but they spin every time... no matter what i do. my bass minnows dont spin (most of the time ) what am i doing wrong? can someone please help thanks a lot

nice fish steve especially nice flatty scott! bigger than my pb lol where abouts were u fishing? i know the area fairly well and am going up there after my hsc will probably be fishing every day so i want to find out some decent spots to try

yeh well we tried the flats around clontarf looks the goods but i only got 1 just legal which got off at my feet rob got a little one about 25cm also but the drop off next to the marina looks the goods

hey im most probably going 2moro arvo with Rob anyway since rob lives around that area i was thinking to go flats fishing around clontarf. i dont really know the area... nor do i know which flats are good around there so if anybody knows of any flats which are easily accessible and have flatties and bream can u post plz but yeh will probably have a go at clontarf unless we get better suggestions cheers, Tom p.s. dont really want to go so far as narrabeen or back in the rivers.

yeh Rob certainly had the touch today haha biggest trev ive seen in a while! also he lost a kingfish and after every1 left THE SALMON CAME! yep u guessed it as soon as they started busting up... rob got 1 hahaha they kept going for ages down in the shallows of the beech i kept spinning but it was robs day we left to go for some surgeons near the bridge at about 8:30 but none there.. not a touch was a great day even tho i didnt land a fish Paul they were a mix of tiny slimies, frogmouth pilchards and REAL pilchards. cheers, Tom.
