  2. Hi All I was at my local shopping center this morning to find Christmas decorations hanging in the food court. 6 sets of light each with having 25 light stings at the end of each sting was a star sinker. all up there was 250 sinkers and i was thinking what a waste of good sinkers had a recount this afternoon there is 150 not 250. only had 1 coffee before the 1st count
  3. This is a bit late but last Saturday 12-9-10 i was down at Clifton Gardens wharf with a mate for the day fishing we got there about 9am at lunch we had caught nil fish but was having a good time cause it's the 1st time wetting a line in 6 months. then a boat pulled http://www.tribalwar.../deerubbun.html up with a heap of Aboriginal kids from the NT with hand lines they stayed for about 30 mins for nil fish but they told me that they had caught a couple of bream and a Flathead at cockatoo island about a hour before. When they left we started thinking it was time to go when a couple of guys and i think a wife came down with 8 kids all the kids had new $5 rod and reels from Woolies 1 of the fathers had his tackle box after they riged and the baits in the water 5 mins later the kids started reeling the line in and the next 10mins was trying to get the tangle out. We left at 2pm for a grand total of NIL fish but just seeing the Kids having a great time made up for no fish I would just like to add the Kids from NT and the Helpers was some of the most polite people i have met
  4. well footy was great wrong team won should of gone fishing
  5. I was going to head out tonight with a couple of mates to wet a line but when the rain hit my phone ring like crazy with everybody pulling out cause they did not want to get wet. So as i don't like fishing alone looks like it's a stay at home night and watching the Footy.
