We have been neglecting the crabs quite a bit this season so we decided to give the kingfish a rest for abit and see if we cant get a nice feed of blue swimmers.   2. Hey guys, instead of asking a question, this time I wanna give aome back. Quite a lot of people especially jewie fishos will know stuff on the topic. But anyhoo lets get to it. When fishing for yellowtail, sometimes berley is necessary, sometimes not. If you want, fine breadcrumbs and pillie frames will do the trick. Use a small float, then a usual float rig except with 3 droppers and a rocket sinker at the bottom. On the first top dropper, close to the top, should be a long shank hook number 6 at least.
