SPARKY Posted November 30, 2006 Share Posted November 30, 2006 Calamari Rings (Crumbed) Just a quick tip for calamari Use corn flour not wheat flour as the cornflour brakes down the calamari and helps To tenderise, I also use a mixture of 1/2 Breadcrumbs and 1/2 desecrated coca nut (salt to taste) This gives a slightly sweet crust.
