(caught hawkesbury) caught in harbour (can I put in my saltwater tank?) Is this a tarwhine? (caught hawkesbury) This I just thought was funny, just born! The only wrass that is endangered is the elegant wrass, and these tend to be more multi coloured. Rock cod is really good in a gumbo, and as previously posted, the poor mans lobster. 0 fisho1990 Posted March 23, 2009 Share Posted March 23, 2009 i have caught lots of those wrasse off catherine hill bay or mabe simillar ones, i was told that they were maori wrasse and arent to good eating so i have allways released them ..but im not sure. other one is DEFINATLY a fortescue. i know this because i received about 10 puncture wounds from one while sorting through a prawn net resulting in severe pain and a horrible sweatty fever-like feeling. i hate them with a passion Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
