jason baker
Great fish. Hope he was well and truly 'sleeping' by the time you got him in the boat. Gotta be happy with a head wetting like that. Chees, Jas.

fishmad
Top effort RUNAMUK , Makos that size are few and far between , Very lucky capture for the reason you may have weighed the all time record on 15kg Mako for your club if they bring the ban on them in next month . What a shame us sharkers take so little form the sea but get punished so hard In Easter 2008 sydney game tournament , We weighed a 407kg on 15kg after 4.5hrs love makos best shark should be rated so different to other sharks points wise in my opinion Top Fish
troynsam
Hi all, Headed out off Port Hacking yesterday in search of a big Tiger as there have been a few around lately, we set up drift on the shelf off Stanwell and 30 minuites later we were greeted by a Huge Mako doing backflips in our slick,,,, We were hooked up, The Mako didnt do a real lot and stayed up high and the chase was on. 40 min later the trace was up and all went to clockwork, gaffs were in , tail ropes were on and beers were opened. After spending the next 1.5hrs pulling the beast on board it was time to head home, back at the wharf the big Mako pulled the scales down to 365kg ,a new club record and a great fish on 15kg. By the way it was Runamuk's maiden voyage and what a way to christen the new boat. Nice work boys great Mako

blower
Great effort, awesome shark and what a beauty your Berty is. Well done all round and it is total rubbish what they think banning Mako captures is gonna do. A few taken every now and then after an effort like that.... uninformed pollies are a joke. cman71
I just want to ask! What happens to a big shark like that after all the glory and happy snaps?
