jew chaser Posted May 27, 2010 Share Posted May 27, 2010 (edited) yer hi guys being a chief and working in alot of seafood restaurant around the place ill share one of the biggest sellers ever!!!!! salt and pepper squid ! we used to sell 50kg a week but ill do a 1kg recipe!! .1kg squid!love hawkesbury river personally, but what ever .1/2 table spoons lemon pepper (master foods) .2 egg whites, whisked just before soft peaks .2 kiwi fruit chopped .1table spoon chopped garlic .1/2 cup cornflour scour squid and add all ingredients,mix weell, leave to marinate over night ! dust in rice flour deep fry 1/2 minutes !! not much better! enjoy Edited May 27, 2010 by jew chaser Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
