Geoff
Joe That's bacically what I use but purchase the the bacon or ham already sliced from the supermarket. I tried the baking tray but found the oysters , due to the round bottom tiped on their side making the cooking uneven. I now use a a cup cake tray. The oysters sit flat , being in a "cradle" & cook more evenly. Geoff Edited June 23, 2010 by Geoff

wannabefisho
Add in chilli sauce for a bit of "spice" - the only way to eat Oysters I reckon- YUMMO!!!!!! Ham instead of Bacon is pretty good aswell or I sometimes like to add in some Spanish Salami (HOT) for a variant flavour. Anthony
