(Near South Coast) CONDITION OF RAMP/ACCESS: They have just built a brand new boat ramp on the site of the old one. This is a 2 lane concrete ramp with 1 lane each side of a floating pontoon which is quite long. A good idea as it will stop one person taking up both lanes as sometimes happens on a dual lane ramp.
