slayer666
This recipe was given to me by my dad. All you need is a 2 fillets of bonito skinned and bloodline taken out. So after that process you should have 4 thin fillets of bonito. Grab your self a handful of fresh parsley, 5 cloves of garlic, olive oil, salt & pepper. Chop the parsley and garlic. Place the chopped parsley and garlic in mixing bowl add olive oil and salt & pepper. Now grab your bonito and place them in the mixing bowl now rub the ingredients into the fish. Place in fridge for 30mins. Cook until golden brown and presto. tumra
hey mate sounds like a great reciepe. Question for you, do you just cook it lightly or all the way through? I find that you can easily overcook bonito which makes it bloody tough and dry. Thanks Anthony
bennoz
i reckon you could chuck it all into a mortar and pestle, and make a sorta parsley pesto marinade. sounds really good though - ill be trying it thx for sharing
