This recipe was given to me by my dad.

All you need is a 2 fillets of bonito skinned and bloodline taken out. So after that process you should have 4 thin fillets of bonito. Grab your self a handful of fresh parsley, 5 cloves of garlic, olive oil, salt & pepper. Chop the parsley and garlic. Place the chopped parsley and garlic in mixing bowl add olive oil and salt & pepper. Now grab your bonito and place them in the mixing bowl now rub the ingredients into the fish. Place in fridge for 30mins. Cook until golden brown and presto. Severs 2

hey mate sounds like a great reciepe.

Question for you, do you just cook it lightly or all the way through? I find that you can easily overcook bonito which makes it bloody tough and dry.

Thanks

Anthony

I cook it just about it's fully cooked.

Cheers Joe
