brad_tate
Chillies are very easy to germinate, at least all the varieties I have tried are. If you buy a chilli you like, then just take out some seeds, dry them on a windowsill for a week, and strike them in seed raising mix in your garden bed. Preferably do this in spring, but they are very flexible and summer or early autumn will generally be ok in Sydney. Although they are classified as an annual, you can get a few seasons out of them if your treat them well, but the chillies will get smaller as the plant gets older. Seedlings are fine and not expensive, but don't be frightened to grow them from seed. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
