Benzeenees Posted September 18, 2011 Share Posted September 18, 2011 Far South Coast Mossy Point Ramp on Tomaga River south of Batemans Bay Location: Drive south Batemans Bay. From George Bass Drive turn right into Annetts Pde, then left into River Rd, right into Annetts Pde (it's a big loop). Follow the Kayak Hire signs. At the eastern end of Annetts Pde, before it turns south, turn left at the Kayak Hire sign. Condition: Two concrete lanes in good condition. However the right hand lane tends to accumulate sand so those without 4WD should use the left lane. Parking/Facilities: Plenty of parking. Toilets. Fairly basic fish cleaning table. There is a jetty but it's only suitable for use at high tide. Oh, and there's kayak hire. Access to ocean: The channel is quite narrow but is useable by quite large boats - at least up to 7m.
