wombat3163
Have been an avid reader of the various forums here on your site while I've been doing a rebuild on a much neglected 4.7m DeHavilland 'Offshore' Aluminium Runabout. We'd been driving past it up at Salamander Bay for the last 5 years and thought it had plenty of potential and a lot of fishing left to be done. Anyway - here's a few pic's of how the rebuild went for you to check out. As we found her : The rebuild in progress : The all but finished rebuild : As I have said - she's all but finished now , just need to get the 'ally' floor welded in. We took it for a spin last weekend on Lake Macquarie and far from disappointed , rides like a dream and the grin on my young blokes face still hasn't gone away. Tight lines everyone.
