The use of "colour picking" in Photoshop

Recommended Posts

Does anyone use this technique much ? I find it difficult to find a suitable candidate for it normally. Just by chance yesterday a pal of mine asked me if I could show them the technique. Here are the two images from that tutorial - before and after. I think it works on this image, what do you think ?

I've seen this a lot in child portrait pics. Very effective.

I have to say though. I think your example is stunning. Very commercial as opposed to the family portrait stuff I've seen. Thanks for sharing

.

Fancy sharing a HD image so I can get it printed on canvas?

Did you want the one of the shed I colour picked ? Its nice to be nice as they say so if you PM your e-mail I will pass it onto you :sun: Would appreciate it if you did not pass it on to other folk though. I will take off the copyright watermark and just add a faint "Geordiepix" to it.
